At some point you have to stop talking about your ex. He doesn’t give AF, and neither do the people that you’re complaining to on social media. Even your friends are tired of hearing about him.
As a heart-centered person with a big heart, I understand exactly how you feel. One of my break-ups was so painful. I loved that man so much and thought he would get some act right eventually. And even though I dumped him, it didn’t change how much that break-up hurt me.

One of the hardest things to accept about men, especially the narcissistic ones, is that they move on quickly after a break-up.
I know you want him to care, but he doesn’t. He’s moved on and isn’t thinking about you. So don’t you think it wise to CLEAR THAT SPACE and allow a new man in to serve you? Aren’t you tired of COCKBLOCKING yourself?
The thing about men is that while women are fascinated over the chemistry that somehow just didn’t work out, men move on fast with new women and literally can care less about how much you miss him. He has his tongue on the next woman’s clit. 🤷🏽♀️ Happy as he can be. Then it will be the next woman and the next woman… It’s a cycle with most of these men, that you should be glad that you opted out of. You never had to wait for or work hard to receive love in the first place. That’s the first part of the mis-alignment.
While a man has moved on good women tend to constantly think about what was and what could’ve been. While it seems harmless, you have to let that go after a few months. It’s a BLOCK.
Sure you’ll still attract MEN but you won’t attract your DREAM MAN because you’re holding someone else in that space. Freeing them frees YOURSELF.
