If you’ve landed here and you don’t have the things you want, chances are you’re an overthinker. You know what to do, but you’re not doing it. Here is why.
Your mind is a tenant. Your nervous system is the landlord.
The tenant can read every book, attend every seminar, recite every principle. But the landlord decides what actually happens in the building. And the landlord doesn’t speak in logic. It speaks in sensation, memory, and survival patterns that were written before you were old enough to choose them.
When you were going through certain situations in life — the betrayal, the financial pressure, the people who left, the times you gave everything and got nothing back — your body made a decision. Stay ready. Don’t relax. If you exhale, something bad happens.
That decision doesn’t care that you’re successful now. It doesn’t care that you know manifestation like the back of your hand. It’s running in the background like an old operating system, and it will override every conscious intention until the body itself gets a new experience.
You can’t think a new experience. You have to live it. Repeatedly. Until the landlord updates the file.
Working with me inside THE HOLD help you quickly update the file and bring you into heart coherence.
The Woman You Are Before THE HOLD
She wakes up already behind. Not because anything is wrong — but because her baseline is urgency. She checks her phone before she’s fully conscious. She’s scanning. For what? She doesn’t even know anymore. Threats, maybe. Confirmation that she’s okay. That the money is still there. That nobody left overnight.
She has built something real. Multiple six figures, maybe seven. People look at her life and see success. She looks at her life and sees everything that could still collapse.
She gives generously — too generously. Says yes when she means no because somewhere in her body, “no” still feels dangerous. Like people will leave. Like the money will stop. Like she’ll be back there again — wherever there was.
She’s tired in a way sleep doesn’t fix.
She falls in love fast and hard because when someone makes her feel safe, even briefly, her whole system exhales for the first time in months. She calls it chemistry. It’s actually relief.
She’s doing the mindset work. The journaling. The meditation. She knows the principles. She can teach them beautifully. But alone, at 2am, the old story is louder than all of it.
She doesn’t understand why she keeps almost receiving and then watching it slip. The client who was ready and then went quiet. The relationship that got close and then got complicated. The money that came in and somehow left just as fast.
She thinks the problem is strategy. Or visibility. Or that she needs another certification.
It’s not. Her nervous system is rejecting overflow because overflow was never safe.
She is exhausted from being strong. She has never once been held the way she holds everyone else.
The Woman You Are After THE HOLD
She still has big days and quiet days. But the quiet days don’t send her into a spiral anymore. She knows the difference between stillness and stagnation now. She can sit in the not-yet without it feeling like proof that she’s failing.
She stopped over-explaining. Not because she practiced it. Because she no longer needs people to validate what she knows about herself.
She raised her prices and felt — nothing. No guilt. No anxiety. Just clarity. She didn’t announce it. She just moved like it was always true.
Money comes in and she lets it land. She doesn’t immediately redistribute it out of guilt or spend it out of fear it won’t come back. She receives it. She sits with it. She says thank you and means it in her body, not just her mind.
She ended a relationship that looked good on paper. Not dramatically. Not with a long explanation. She just got quiet one day and knew. And she trusted that knowing without needing permission.
She woke up one morning and realized she hadn’t checked her phone first thing. She’d just… laid there. Breathing. Listening to her own thoughts. And they were peaceful.
She texted a friend and said I feel like myself again. Her friend said you seem different. She said I know.
She’s not performing abundance anymore. She’s not visualizing it, chasing it, or protecting it.
She’s just living in it.
Like she always knew she would.

Time Doesn’t Heal — YOU Do
The truth nobody told you, but your soul always knew.
People love to say, “time heals all wounds.”
It sounds comforting. It sounds poetic.
But let’s stop lying to ourselves…
Time doesn’t heal.
Time reveals.
Time softens.
Time teaches.
Time gives you space to finally see what you once avoided.
Time also exposes every identity you were never meant to carry.
Because when you’re heartbroken, broke, angry, disappointed, frustrated, or stuck in lack —
you’re not just carrying a wound…
you’re carrying an identity you never wanted.
And time will keep reflecting that identity back to you
until you decide you’re done wearing it.
Healing Is Not About Time — It’s About Identity
Healing isn’t passive.
Healing isn’t automatic.
Healing isn’t something delivered by the clock.
Healing is intentional.
Healing is active.
Healing is a divine decision.
You can sit in the same pain for three years and still feel like day one —
not because time failed you,
but because the identity never shifted.
💔 You can bury the wound under work, sex, money, relationships, spirituality, or distractions…
but if you never felt it, faced it, or released it,
you simply built a softer prison around the pain.
Time can hold you.
But time cannot free you.
YOU free you.
So What Actually Heals?
💜 1. Radical Truth
The truth that makes your spirit exhale.
The truth you avoided because you knew once you admitted it —
something would HAVE to change.
Radical truth breaks illusions.
It brings your power back online.
It reveals the parts of you that dimmed your crown.
💜 2. Emotional Release
Crying. Screaming. Writing. Breathing.
Letting your body say what your mouth could not.
You don’t heal by being strong all the time —
you heal by being real all the time.
Emotional release clears the old identity
so your spirit can breathe again.
💜 3. Spiritual Realignment
Returning to the version of you God designed
before the pain ever touched you.
The moment you say,
“I’m done carrying what God never asked me to hold,”
your entire frequency shifts.
You stop begging for clarity.
You stop chasing closure.
You stop replaying the past.
You rise.
You return.
You remember who TF you are.
💜 4. Choosing Yourself — and Your New Identity
Healing is a daily devotion to YOU.
Not the wound.
Not the trauma timeline.
Not the old story.
It’s choosing:
💜 the wealthy identity
💜 the loved identity
💜 the chosen identity
💜 the healed identity
💜 the woman you came here to be
Every time you choose yourself,
you rewrite your destiny.
Releasing the Identity You Outgrew
You heal when you release:
💔 the heartbroken identity
💔 the abandoned identity
💔 the disappointed identity
💔 the frustrated identity
💔 the unworthy identity
💔 the waiting identity
💔 the woman who forgot her power for a moment
And step into:
💜 the wealthy woman
💜 the loved woman
💜 the chosen woman
💜 the aligned woman
💜 the woman who REMEMBERS
💜 the woman who doesn’t wobble long
💜 the woman who recalibrates fast
Identity is the medicine.
Time is just the container you transform inside of.
Wobbling Isn’t Failure — It’s a Summoning
Every powerful woman forgets herself sometimes.
Every Goddess has moments where she slips into old stories, old wounds, or old fears.
But a wobble is not a setback.
It’s a summoning.
A divine invitation to remember:
✨ Who you are
✨ Who you’re becoming
✨ Who God said you were before the world tried to rename you
Healing is the art of remembering
and returning
over and over again.
Time Is Not the Healer — YOU Are
You’re not here to manage wounds.
You’re here to evolve identities.
The moment you release the version of you who was heartbroken…
the moment you stop agreeing with the identity of lack…
the moment you stop performing the identity of waiting…
you step back into divine alignment.
You step back into yourself.
Time gives you the space.
Identity gives you the transformation.
YOU give yourself the miracle.
You Are the Healer
You are the one who decides,
“This stops with me.”
You are the one who decides,
“I’m ready for joy now.”
You are the one who decides,
“My heart deserves softness again.”
Healing is a holy act.
And the moment you truly choose yourself,
your whole life shifts.
This is your sign:
Stop waiting for time to save you.
Start becoming the woman who knows she was built to heal.
The miracle is in your decision.
The freedom is in your embodiment.
The power has always been in you.
