Looks like we have another Fantasia Barrino situation again.
Years ago you will remember that Fantasia Barrino was sued by a North Carolina woman for stealing her husband. That was the first time many have heard of such a law.
Well it appears have Nene Leakes is now named in such a lawsuit, after getting with a married man and posting the situation on social media.
Just weeks after her husband Greg’s death, social media users were surprised to see NeNe Leakes had quickly moved on with a new boo.
Now Leakes is being hauled into court by her boyfriend’s wife for allegedly sleeping with her man, causing her marriage to collapse … this according to new legal documents.
Malomine Tehmeh-Sioh claims in the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, NeNe and now-BF Nyonisela Sioh hooked up while he was still married to her.
Malomine says NeNe posted picture after picture of her and her new man … humiliating Malomine and cratering her relationship with her husband.
Malomine claims she suffered emotional distress, mental anguish, and a loss of affection. In case you’re wondering, North Carolina is one of 7 states where a person can sue a spouse’s extramarital partner for alienation of affection. Most states have disallowed such suits, because it’s really just the game of love. Malomine is gunning for more than $100K.
If all she wants is $100K NeNe is probably like ‘Girl you can have that. Having your husband is better.’ I’m over here like “$100K?Girl that’s all your husband is worth? Shouldn’t you sue for millions? Must be the law or something because that’s exactly what happened with Fantasia.
Anyway, before you rush to judgement too fast, Fantasia won the $100K lawsuit. It turns out the husband had separated from the wife a year earlier than she stated in the lawsuit.
Nene is a superstar who is forced to think all of her moves outs. She would’ve had to have believed that he was done with his wife. If the wife is she’s suing that does mean he is done.

More and more we see married people who have moved on before the divorce is official… Take Kanye West & Kim Kardashian for example. They are marred, filed for divorce and publicly dating other people.

A few months after the untimely death of her beloved husband, NeNe Leakes is responding to rumors that she’s dating someone new.
After TMZ reported last week that she was dating a Liberian-born businessman by the name of Nyonisela Sioh, she told The ShadeRoom, “We’re dating! We’re friends.”
Photos of Leakes and Sioh first surfaced after he celebrated her birthday (Dec. 13) with the star and her celeb friends. The two were photographed together, and soon after, she promoted his work, the bespoke menswear line Nyoni Couture, in her Instagram Stories.
Over the weekend, they also shared a kiss at his own birthday celebrations, a smooch was captured on camera. They since been seen holding hands in Miami, where he was ringing in this new year of life.
Then Nene flew to Miami to celebrate Nyai’s birthday.
As she told TheShadeRoom, spending time with Sioh has helped her cope with grief. Husband of more than 20 years, Gregg Leakes, died in September after a battle with colon cancer that began in 2018. She says he encouraged her to move on before his death.
“I will love Gregg forever & ever! Grieving is hard! Even harder & depressing alone,” she said. “Gregg and I had a very tearful conversation before his passing. His words to me were, ‘be happy, keep smiling and he who finds you has found a good one.’”
Now that she’s cleared the air, people are asking, who is Nyonisela Sioh? Only those close to him truly know, but here is some light insight into his work and life.
He’s Well-Traveled
Sioh is a well-traveled business man who was born in Monrovia, Liberia.before moving to Europe, and eventually settled in the U.S.
He’s a high end designer who create the Nyoni Courure fashion line. He tailors of suits, tuxedos, shirts and more. His work as designer, doing tailoring, has allowed him to travel and make his mark worldwide on men’s style.
“I started in the D.C. metro area selling to clients; I travelled frequently. It started with friends asking me to bring back certain pieces on my trips to Italy. Later, it evolved into orders being placed by friends,” Sioh told News-One. “I then started taking trips to Italy strictly to fill orders. When I moved to Charlotte, it became the birthplace of the store. Hence, you can say Charlotte is the birthplace of Nyoni Couture as you see it today.”
There is the “flagship” location in Charlotte, North Carolina, as well as one in Atlanta (the latter is a newer location). Appointments only!
Nyoni is a friend of Real Housewives of Atlanta Star, Peter Thomas
Sioh has worked with Peter Thomas, whom we know from his appearances on The Real Housewives of Atlanta while married to Cynthia Bailey. According to TMZ, it was Thomas who introduced Sioh and Leakes. And for the record, outside of just getting Thomas well-suited and booted, he counts the entrepreneur as a good friend. Sometimes they joke about who has the better beard (that’s a tough one!).
He has styled quite a few celebrities including Anthony Hamilton.
