Houston, Texas – A man is fighting to survive after a gun went off when he and his friends were making a Facebook Live video.
On Easter Sunday, instead of being a church like normal people, Cassandra Nickcole Damper, 25, and two friends were inside a car outside the Valero gas station on Almeda and Southmore.
Surveillance footage shows the doors fly open and two people jump out at approximately 2:20 a.m.
As to why they jumped out, a disturbing Facebook Live video shows what went on inside the vehicle.
In the video, the man can be seen being shot in the head, and his head slumps to the side as blood is seen spraying from the gunshot wound.
That man Devyn Holmes is now on life support with a gunshot wound to the head. The shooting is the result of Cassandra Nickcole Damper, and another man playing with two guns when Holmes was shot at approximately 2:20 a.m, according to authorities.
“You’re making me nervous,” Holmes, 26, could be heard saying at one point in the video, before he is told the weapon isn’t loaded.
“It ain’t got no clip, bud,” a man seated in the back of the vehicle states in the video. “Hey, where you from again…?”
Seconds later Holmes was shot.
“You see what we doing to lying a*s hoes, we draw down, we draw down on dem hoes…say something bi*ch!,” Damper says only seconds before she shoots a bullet into Holmes’ head.
The gun went off and struck Holmes, who is seen slumping in his chair as blood pours onto his white shirt.

Cassandra Damper was arrested after police said that she tampered with evidence when she tried to wipe gun residue from her hands.
The other man in the car has not been charged, though police told KPRC that the case is being referred to a grand jury.
As of Monday night, Holmes was reportedly in critical condition on life support at Ben Taub Hospital in Houston. His family says his condition is improving.
According to authorities, Damper was in the car along with Holmes and another man for approximately nine minutes before the alleged accidental shooting took place.
